2018 Annual Report

Throughout our 15-year history, donors, nonprofit organizations and neighbors have worked side-by side with us to build stronger and more vibrant communities for our Tri-State Area. Thanks to people like you, we haven’t stopped. Our annual report theme for 2018 – The Power of Community – illustrates our new partnerships, the magnitude of our shared connection and our legacy of giving for all.

2017 Annual Report

We celebrate giving and the passion for service, leadership and volunteerism in this community. We celebrate those who give of themselves, take the extra step and go that extra mile to help insure that charities, nonprofits, schools and health-care organizations in this area have the resources for their vital work.

The Community

The Community is the Newsletter of the Keokuk Area Community Foundation. The Community is published in the Summer and Fall.

Endow Iowa

Endow Iowa was created to enhance the quality of life for the citizens of this state through increased philanthropic activity by encouraging new investments to existing community foundations across Iowa. The Keokuk Area Community Foundation is a qualified community foundation that provides access to Endow Iowa Tax Credits. Endow Iowa allows taxpayers to receive a 25% Iowa tax credit, in addition to normal federal charitable income tax deductions, for gifts made to permanent endowment funds that benefit Iowa charitable causes. Gifts can be made to an existing permanent endowed fund or one that you establish. The gift must benefit one or more Iowa charitable causes.
